about

Fabrício Cordeiro (born 1979) is a Portuguese composer and pianist born in Paris.

He grew up in a musical and creative family that supported and encouraged him to study classical music. Later, after listening to such pianists as Thelonious Monk, Bill Evans, Oscar Peterson, Chick Corea, Keith Jarret and others, he developed his interest in jazz, which was followed by jazz and composition education.

From 1995 until now, he has been participating in various music groups and in 2011 formed a jazz group called Moustache with which he published his first album "Someone else" (2013).

Last year, Cordeiro published his first solo album "Nuvem" with ambient and cinematic music. Recently, he started producing music on his own and created works for theater and cinema.
